Optional Linen Rental

Do we recommend renting linens through us? Yes! The reason why is they are the right length and come pressed. There is nothing worse than linens that are too short and wrinkled on your big day. Let us take care of the hassle of making sure you have these small detail covered!

Polyester linens are $14 per linen (plus tax and a small delivery fee) and come in a wide variety of colors

Table runners are $12 per runner.

Linen rental includes:

  • Setup and breakdown and returning of linens to the vendor

  • If you would like a specialty linen, we likely can rent them, no problem! Pricing of specialty linens depends on fabric and size

Our goal is to make setup faster and easier for you. By using linens rented through The Foundry it also means you will have one less vendor to visit before the big day, less to pack in your car at the end of the night, and less items to return quickly after the wedding. 

We get asked a lot, do our tables require linens? Our wood reception tables do not require a linen. They are very pretty as is. Some couples do love putting a table runner on them, and that is why we give that as an additional option. Our tables that do require a linen are: Our 8 ft banquet tables (these are used for food, gifts and display tables), our 36” round highboy cocktail tables that seat 4 guests per table, 24” round tables (these are used for your sweethearts table, your cake table and display tables).

We also get asked, do we have to use the 36” round tables for guests? We do recommend you using some round tables especially on the mezzanine. If not the mezzanine will be a blank space, except for the upstairs seating arrangement which consists of 4 comfy chairs. It really is nice for guests to have a beautiful place to sit and still watch your celebration.

When is the rental fee due?

The linen rental fee will be due with your final payment to The Foundry, at least 30 days prior to your event.  You are welcome to pay in advance of this date if you prefer.

How do I order linens?

We will ask you approximately a month from your event date, which linens you would like to rent.
